We have wild ducks living in our woods. I hope that means baby ducks!!!

We’re going to have to take our walks in other directions. I want the ducks to stay.

Why did the ducks cross the road?

To get to the pond on the other side.

but where oh where is our abby girl?

    Hi Jayedee,

A possum has moved into the dog’s favorite groundhog hole. They’ve been digging there every time we head for the woods. I’ll add a picture to this post just for you. 🙂

Loved absolutely every wonderful photo! What a lovely time of year and what a lovely place you are to enjoy it!

    Hi Strawberry Lane,

I love where I live, too. Every year there seems to be more animals in our woods. The ducks have been in the same area for a few weeks. I hope they make a nest.

Too sweet! My first year in New Hampshire I was going to the post office and traffic was stopped in both directions. A mother duck was leading the ducklings across the road. Very. Slowly. It made my day.
